Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course is dedicated to all healthcare providers, who are likely to encounter cardiac arrest and resuscitation in their clinical practice. In two days you will learn to perform CPR alone or with your colleagues. During this training you will learn the main principles of teamwork, which will help you to provide care in case of cardiac arrest.
Crises Research Center is an official representative of American Heart Association and is authorized to issue internationally recognized certificates of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
During the Advanced Cardiac Life Support course, you will practice resuscitation algorithms while working with computerized mannequins, real defibrillators and airway adjuncts to ensure patent airway. In two days you will learn:
• Resuscitation of the cardiac arrest victim when you are alone.
• Maintenance of airway patency.
• Use of defibrillators.
• Management of ventricular fibrillation.
• Management of asystole and pulseless electrical activity.
• Management of unknown rhythm or mechanism of death.
• Management of tachycardia and bradycardia.
• Management of chest pain and stroke patients.
This course is known as ACLS, and a lot of healthcare providers all over the world attend it. Now we have ACLS course conducted in Lithuanian. So get registered to participate in the course. Every participant will receive course material in advance.
Course duration 16 hours (2 days).
